Morgan Stanley: BoJ Preview: On Hold; Next Hike in December

Morgan Stanley Research previews the October BoJ decision on Friday.
"We expect the BoJ to keep the policy rate unchanged at 1.25% and maintain our view that the next rate hike will come in December.
The BoJ is likely to judge, for the first time since the price stability target was introduced in 2013, that underlying inflation is around 2%," MS notes.
