Gold - Miners Rise As Bullion Prices Edge Higher On Weaker US Dollar

• Spot gold up 1.3% at $4,414.61 per ounce as the U.S. dollar remained under pressure, while investors awaited key inflation data this week that would provide clues to the Federal Reserve's monetary policy amid an oil price rally

• Top miners Newmont , Barrick Gold up 2.4% and 1.4%, respectively

• U.S.-listed shares of South African miners Gold Fields

rise marginally, Harmony Gold jump 3.2%, AngloGold Ashanti gain 1.4% and Sibanye Stillwater

adds 1.8%

• Canadian miners Agnico Eagle Mines rise 1.3% and Kinross Gold add ~1%
